1. Fulfillment Models & Service Coverage ▾
To ensure optimal product integrity and rapid fulfillment, our supply chain operates through two dedicated distribution models:
A. 10-Minute Hyperlocal Quick Commerce (Pune Core Network)
- Coverage Area: Serviceable pin codes located within a strict 5-kilometer operating radius of our micro-fulfillment center (dark store) in Pune.
- Delivery Window: Estimated delivery within 10 to 15 minutes under standard operating conditions.
- Product Eligibility: All 20 marketplace categories, including temperature-sensitive goods — Farm Corner (Fresh Fruits & Vegetables), Dairy, Bread & Eggs, Fresh Chicken, Meat & Fish, Cold Drinks, Juices & Ice Creams, Bakery, Confectionery & Instant Foods, and Daily Household, Baby Care & Personal Care items.
- Cold-Chain Maintenance: Perishables, dairy products, and fresh meats are stored under strict temperature control and transported in insulated, food-grade bags to retain peak freshness from our chillers to your kitchen.
B. Standard Courier Logistics (Pan-India & Out-of-Pune Regions)
- Coverage Area: Domestic locations outside our 5 km dark store zone across India serviced by accredited third-party logistics partners.
- Delivery Window: Delivered within 3 to 7 business working days from dispatch.
- Eligible Categories: Non-perishable, shelf-stable, and durable packaged goods only (e.g., packaged Atta, Rice, Pulses, Cooking Oils, Dry Spices, Office Supplies, Home Cleaning, and Personal Care).
- Restricted Categories: Perishable products, fresh produce, liquid dairy, and raw poultry/meat/seafood cannot be dispatched via long-distance courier logistics.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Protocol ▾
- Instant Digital Picking (Hyperlocal): Upon order placement, our inventory management system maps items instantly to designated shelf pickers. Orders are verified, packed, and quality-checked within 120 seconds.
- Fleet Handover: Bags are sealed with tamper-evident labels and handed directly to our dedicated ground fleet.
- Real-Time GPS Tracking: Customers receive live status updates and interactive rider tracking through the app or website once the order is out for delivery.
- Courier Consignments (Out of Pune): Packaged dry goods are securely boxed, labeled, and transferred to premier national courier networks (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC) within 24 hours of order placement, with tracking details sent via SMS/Email.
3. Shipping, Handling & Surcharge Structure ▾
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on order value, physical distance, and delivery mode. Free delivery thresholds apply to qualifying cart totals.
- Handling & Packaging Fees: A nominal fee may be levied to support sustainable, temperature-safe packaging materials and micro-fulfillment handling.
- Surge Pricing: During severe weather events, peak festival rush, or late-night operations, a minor surge fee may apply. Any applicable fee is shown transparently on the checkout summary before payment confirmation.
4. Delivery Protocol & Customer Obligations ▾
- Address Precision: Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses, complete with floor/flat numbers, wing/tower names, landmarks, and operational contact numbers.
- Handover & Wait Time: In our 10-minute quick-commerce network, delivery riders will call or ring the doorbell upon arrival. Riders can hold at the location for a maximum of 5 to 7 minutes.
- Unreachable Deliveries: If a customer cannot be contacted, refuses the delivery, or is unavailable at the designated address, the order will be returned to the base dark store. In such scenarios, perishable items cannot be refunded due to immediate loss of shelf life.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules: Where Cash on Delivery is available, payment must be completed via cash or digital UPI scan before the physical consignment package is handed over or unsealed. Open-box physical inspection prior to payment is strictly prohibited.
5. Delays & Force Majeure ▾
While our logistics architecture is optimized for 10-minute turnarounds, delivery personnel safety remains our utmost priority. Timelines may be extended under extraordinary circumstances beyond our operational control, including:
- Severe weather warnings, heavy monsoons, waterlogging, or localized flash floods
- Municipal traffic restrictions, roadblocks, or VIP route diversions
- Bandhs, civil strikes, local curfews, or administrative lockdowns
- Unforeseen network or technical service outages
In the event of such disruptions, our automated systems notify affected customers, and orders are fulfilled at the earliest safe opportunity.
6. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Shipments ▾
- Instant Reporting for Perishables: For fresh produce, dairy, poultry, and meat, customers must inspect package exteriors at the time of delivery. If items arrive spoiled, leaking, crushed, or incorrect, notice must be submitted via support within 2 hours of delivery along with photographic evidence.
- Damaged Outer Packaging (Courier Shipments): For courier consignments, customers must refuse delivery if the external seal is visibly tampered with or broken, and report the occurrence immediately to our customer care desk.

The platform is wholly owned, operated, and managed by KAONAIN PURSUIT OVERSEAS EXPORTER PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or placing an order on www.gobazaar.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders on Go Bazaar. By using the platform, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Services Overview
Go Bazaar is a quick-commerce platform delivering daily kitchen essentials, groceries, and household goods via two fulfillment models: (a) 10-Minute Hyperlocal Quick Commerce within a 5 km radius of our Pune dark store, and (b) Standard Courier Logistics for non-perishable goods pan-India, as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
3. Orders, Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout.
- Product availability is subject to stock at our micro-fulfillment centers. In case of unavailability, we will inform you and process a refund or substitution with your consent.
- Delivery fees, handling charges, and any applicable surge fees are transparently displayed on the checkout summary before payment confirmation.
- Images are illustrative; fresh produce may vary naturally in size, color, and weight.
4. Payments
We accept online payments (UPI, cards, net banking via secure gateways) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For COD orders, payment must be completed via cash or UPI scan before the consignment is handed over or unsealed. Open-box inspection prior to payment is strictly prohibited.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery windows are 10–15 minutes (Pune quick-commerce zone) and 3–7 business days (courier), subject to conditions described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and remain reachable. Riders may wait a maximum of 5–7 minutes at the location.
- Perishable items returned due to customer unavailability are not eligible for refund.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch via the app/website or customer support. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
- For perishables (fresh produce, dairy, poultry, meat), issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- For courier consignments, visibly tampered or broken outer packaging must be refused at delivery and reported immediately.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business working days, subject to gateway timelines.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including placing fraudulent orders, reselling for commercial exploitation without authorization, attempting to breach platform security, or using automated tools to scrape content or manipulate prices/inventory.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on www.gobazaar.in — including the Go Bazaar name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of KAONAIN PURSUIT OVERSEAS EXPORTER PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Go Bazaar operates independently under Kaonain Pursuit Overseas Exporter Private Limited and is not associated, connected, affiliated, or interconnected in any manner or nature with any other third-party quick-commerce entities or market participants.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and speed, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the order value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, floods, traffic restrictions, bandhs, curfews, strikes, or technical outages, as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
